Popcorn On The Cob | Round Bay Beach Nova Scotia

Over summer vacation me and Mike explored Nova Scotia a bit. We went to a few remote areas that we haven’t been to since we were children. Once place that brought back some memories for Mike was a beach I had never heard of called Round Bay Beach. So one weekend we set out to find this beach.
Here is the google maps link to it: Round Bay Beach

Mike’s father Ernie Newell grew up in this area.

Here are the pictures we took, it was not a bright sunny day, but it was a HUGE beautiful beach:

Last year for Christmas I was looking for something unique for Mike for Christmas and found this:

It’s a dried corn on the cob that comes with a bag for popping it in the microwave! I thought it was sorta cool and different so I grabbed it for him:)

This is what it looked like after popping:

Now next year I want to try and grow corn to make these myself! :)

Also if you are in Yarmouth, NS and you want to try one, I got these a Toot’s in Yarmouth! :)
