Decided today to take some leftover fruit I had in the house and make a fruit pizza. If I had thought about it earlier Saturday, I would have taken this to our friends house this Saturday!  Our friends Angie and Gord, sell fresh clams in Yarmouth, NS and surrounding areas. Anyways here’s the recipe for the pizza.
Cookie dough(I used a package cookie dough):
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Sauce or the topping
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups of cool whip
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
